With her doctorate in brand communication, she went on to pursue her tenure with Henkel through several international management and leadership roles after consulting at a Senior position at Esch. The Brand Consultants. She continued to carry her international marketing knowledge into academia at the Brand University, University of Design & Communication as a Professor and the university’s Vice President. She currently serves as a professor and actively pursues Internationalisation at the Institute of Economics at the Hochschule Ruhr West.
Prof. Dr. Roth is also a member of the jury for the German Brand Awards and is an alumna of the Bertelsmann Foundation's 'Business Women School' for the promotion of women in management positions.
